30-Day Returns — Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including any tags, where applicable).
Return Method — Easily initiate a return through your account’s “Order History” or via the “Start a Return” link when in the checkout area.
Return Label — Once approved, you’ll receive a pre-paid return label via email—valid for 21 days. Label costs may apply, and rates vary based on item count.
Non-Returnable Items — Items such as final sale, flash sale, hats, & stickers are not eligible for return unless they have a proven quality defect.
Exchanges — Exchanges are available only for items in stock. If your choice of replacement isn’t available, we’ll offer a refund. Additional shipping charges may apply if the exchanged item is of higher value.
Full Set Requirement — Multi-piece sets or bundles must be returned as a whole; individual pieces cannot be refunded separately.
Refund Processing — Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–8 business days.
Shipping Fees & Duties — Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
