Shipping Costs

US

• Most orders ship free via Standard Shipping.
• Larger or heavier orders (for example, multiple hoodies in one order) may include an additional shipping charge — this is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay.
• Priority Shipping is available for an added cost at checkout.

International (Select Locations)

• Discounted flat-rate shipping to eligible countries — enter your address at checkout to see if you qualify and view your rate.
• Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

General

• All shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, value, and delivery location.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email to follow its progress.

Packaging

All orders are packed using eco-friendly materials to minimize environmental impact.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order — WavvFront isn't responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, a reshipping fee may apply.

🗓 HOW IT WORKS

1. Start a request. Submit [Start a Return] within 10 days of delivery.

2. We authorize it. Every return needs approval before you ship anything back. We'll review your request and email you along with the return address and any instructions. Hold off on shipping until you get that email.

3. Ship within 7 days. Once authorized, get your item in the mail within 7 days.

✓ CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

These apply across the board — refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, unaltered

• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, deodorant marks, or damage

• In original condition, with tags attached where applicable

If it can't reasonably be resold, it won't qualify.

Once your return is authorized, choose the outcome that works best:

Need a different size or color of the same item? Ship your item back like a refund.

• Available while inventory lasts

• We cover standard shipping on the replacement; expedited upgrades are billed to you

• Preferred item out of stock? Switch to Store Credit or a Refund instead

Want something else entirely? That's not an exchange — choose Store Credit (fastest way to grab something new) or a Refund, then place a new order for what you actually want.

Ship your item back just like a refund — once we receive and approve it, we convert its full purchase price into store credit, plus a 5% bonus, to keep you outfitted in WavvFront:

Example: a $32 item returned in eligible condition → $33.60 in store credit

💳 Refund

We send payment back to your original payment method. See Refund Amount below for what's deducted.

🚚 RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping is on you either way. Ship with any carrier you like, or use our prepaid label — the label cost comes out of your refund if you go that route.

A note on free shipping. Most US orders ship free — but "free" means we cover that cost, not that it doesn't exist. If your order included free shipping and you return it for a refund, that actual outbound shipping cost is deducted, since we're no longer keeping the sale it was tied to. This deduction does not apply if you choose Store Credit or Exchange — you keep the full value either of those ways.

Weight-based shipping surcharges (e.g. multiple hoodies in one order) are charged upfront at checkout and aren't part of this — see Refund Amount for how those're handled on a return.

⚠ DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM

If we messed up, we'll fix it — on our dime.

• Email us at [contact email] within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue

• Once we confirm it, we'll sort out a replacement, refund, or store credit — whatever fits best

• Return shipping is covered when it applies

⛔ FINAL SALE — NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Unless it's damaged, defective, or wrong, these are final:

• Final Sale, Flash Sale, and Clearance items

• Hats

• Stickers

• Anything marked Non-Returnable

🎁 BUNDLES & SETS

Bundles and multi-piece sets have to come back complete — individual pieces can't be refunded on their own.

💰 REFUND AMOUNT

Refunds cover the purchase price of eligible merchandise, and that's it. Not refunded:

• Original outbound shipping — including the actual cost we covered on orders that qualified for free shipping

• Weight-based shipping surcharges paid at checkout

• Return shipping and label costs

• Duties or taxes, where applicable

Exception: if it's our error or a confirmed defect, you're made whole — no deductions.

⏱ REFUND TIMING

Once your return lands and gets inspected: 5–7 business days to process. Your bank may take a bit longer to actually post it.

WavvFront can limit or decline returns that look excessive, fraudulent, or abusive, in line with applicable law.
